  • Introspective from the 3rd quarter/heaps of photos from The Road

Greetings from Miramishi NB phew! that 1348 kilometers really flew by. As per usual it’s difficult to articulate how I feel right now… here goes I feel grateful grateful to even be able to do this physically, mentally, financially (thank you dearest canteen contributors) I feel “worked” like a day of hard skating manifold in the best way I sleep in fields I slept in the bare wilderness 2 nights ago I make “cardboard casas” behind gas stations 100s of kms from civilization and I absolutely love it. It brings a different perspective to having a home back in Toronto and a loving family(families) and reaffirms how sometimes less can be so very much more.Moncton is not too far down the road and then we will be entering the 4th and final quarter please continue praying for your sagely friend and keep him in your thoughts.

Love you all to bits… enjoy the photos

I did not know Quebec has serious BC mountain vibes…

Customized my hat with a sharpie during morning coffee ritual Pushing Canada merch coming soon? The answer is yes

    I love trains

Riviere du Luop has some SF vibes close down the roads and give me small hard wheels and I would…🏁

The 4 friends (Ali Not pictured) I was stuck in Riverie Du Loup for a few days learning the cross provincial bike path was gravel Not allowed or even wanting to skate along the Trans Canada 1. Nobody knew alternate side roads no buses to Edmundston… feeling like I had not a friend in the Province just on a whim I asked about a skate shop in town (always ask) and was directed to “Le Roi” skate shop as soon as Nic and I locked eyes we became good friends as it felt like he was the first real skater I had seen in years the rest is history as they say Nic (holding the cruiser) skated out 40kms with me the next day to make sure I was on path and to get a taste of the road himself he absolutely crushed it as we battled huge hills up and down and unrelenting heat. Samuel (middle)hosted me at his home we had a backyard fire and talked skating and life until the wee hours… all from meeting not more then 7 hours prior “skaters supporting skaters” strikes again we’re pointing to the final destination (East The Rock)❤️🙏🥂

The best, coolest name I have ever seen for a town I laughed extensively upon seeing this as I’m laughing this very moment 😂

my unrelenting pursuit to find coffee in the morning (a hospital near St Louis du ha ha!) ☕☕☕

Boujie version of MCR (Morning Coffee Ritual)

Now I can kind of relate to James Kelch trying to robb Jamie Thomas for his all black half cabs back in the EMB days when they first came out 🤣 they’re that sick!

“like a soldier’s boots” Put 1000kms on most pairs of shoes on the Canadian roads and the soles would likely be near non existent with your bare feet sticking out

Not my trusty half cabs they’re ready for a 1000 more and more Thanks again Mike Hartman and Vans

The moon never comes out through the phone the way you’re seeing it! blazing orange full moon rising over Grand Falls NB

Always “window shopping” (a Duncanism) I can’t session the spot but I can fantasize well that’s it for now. Don’t forget to toss a little something in Noah’s Canteen ☕🙏🍕
